€5 - Italy (islands included) - 48h - locker point

€10 - Europe zone 1 (France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Luxembourg, Portugal, Hungary, Lithuania) - 4 working days

€12 - Europe zone 2 (Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland) - 48h

€15 - Great Britain - 5 working days

IMPORTANT: Please when you choose the *Italy (islands included) - 48h - locker point* shipping option, fill *Address 2* with the locker point. In the event that the locker point you choose is not available or the field has not been filled in, we will choose the locker point closest to your address.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number after the parcel has been shipped.

For deliveries outside Italy, you are responsible for paying import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and other applicable taxes according to the laws of the destination country.

RETURNS

Products offered by FORTEPIANO VINTAGE are vintage or second-hand. They can present marks of time that in this case will be reported in the description of the product. In general, remember that preloved items may show signs of minor wear. We ask you to bear that in mind before purchasing and to, once it’s in your hands, treat it with kindness.

The sizes indicated on the labels of vintage and second-hand products rarely correspond to current size standards. Therefore, we indicate the estimated size according to current European standards as well as measurements taken flat and from seam to seam.

As second-hand material the pieces you buy on this website are final sale and cannot be returned.

FORTEPIANO is unable to accept returns if the piece doesn’t fit. We want to help you understand size, material amd state of the garment trough as many information as possible, if you have any questions you can always contact us before purchasing.

Should there be any problems, like incorrectly reported sizes or unreported defects, you have 3 days after receiving your order to report any damage or problem. After this period, FORTEPIANO VINTAGE reserves the right to refuse any return.
