Shipping within Italy is €6. Delivery typically takes 48 hours to 4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping across Europe starts from €10. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.

We currently ship worldwide. For destinations outside Europe, please contact us at info@fortepianovintage.it before placing your order so we can provide a shipping quote.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customers outside Italy are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT or other taxes required by the destination country.

RETURNS

FORTEPIANO offers carefully selected vintage and second-hand garments.

Due to the nature of vintage clothing, items may show signs of age or previous wear. Any noticeable imperfections will always be clearly described and photographed.

Please read the description, measurements and condition carefully before purchasing.

As every piece is unique and one of a kind, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Should your order arrive with damage that was not described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

NEW WITH TAG

Original tags still attached. Never worn.

MINT

Pristine, like-new condition with no visible signs of wear. May have been tried on but shows no signs of use.

EXCELLENT / VERY GOOD

Beautifully preserved vintage piece with only minimal signs of wear, such as light creasing or very slight fading.

GOOD

This garment has lived a previous life and may show visible signs of wear, such as small marks, pulled threads, fading or pilling, while remaining fully wearable.
